People that could be responsible !

1. Class B Dog Dealer or Alice Via Dalton Boxer dog rescue person.

2. Gabe Lockman so called horse shoer and husband’s AA friend.

The day my world came apart was the day that person stole more than my best friend.  I went to the local police stations and was told “it is just a dog”.  They would not take a report! I tried 3 times to get a report and they would not even do the paperwork.  That is something I will never ever find fair for me or Bear. I used to think very highly of the police until this event.

I pay taxes and have lived in the community for 30 years!  That is the thank you from my just state of government. I will never feel the same way again about the community and the people in it. After all he is just a dog!

This has affected my life in so many ways! The resentment towards them makes me sick.  If it was a car they stole I would have been better off! The emotions are far tooo painful! The pain is very real.

The day my husband died in August 8th, 2001 Bear was with me and helped me through some really bad moments!  My husband  was Captain with Animal Rescue for the San Diego Humane Society and they have been of no help to me either. Even though we volunteered hundreds of hours to the rescue to many animals.

People tell me all the time with the attitude is that the stolen dog will not be seen again, so why bother go out and buy yourself another dog and move on. You have plenty of other dogs.

When your dog is stolen from you and this applies to the situation when a dog is seen 60 feet from the pavement.  If you see him you just slow down and look for anyone around.  Then deliberately keep the animal someone else owns.  I have talked to people that have kept dogs just because they liked them! Also they don't care if you question them about the dog they have if it is stolen "too bad".

A dog will never forget a human he loves.

SO IT IS ONLY A DOG!

This is my story about one lost little dog Bear. On the day he came missing I will relieve it till it is etched into my soul.  The pain of finding him just gone will never leave me.  Bear and I had a very special connection in so many ways. He would look deep into my eyes and tell me how very much he loved me. He would have gone to the end of the world for me.

When I let him out to do business he looked deep into my eyes and said “mom I will be okay” Just going potty.  Well some terrible people picked him up that day at the end of driveway.   At the moment I did not know they had taken the most important thing in my life away.

The story will go on and on.  People get tired of hearing about things that are not pleasant. So I thought perhaps if I wrote this into a book that I might get some attention drawn to this affair.  Bear was stolen on 12/13/06.  It just as well be yesterday.  The pain is terrible and until we find him I will never have peace.

My husband and I had a friend that lived next door to the Rescue place and he had called me in November of 2006 to ask if he could breed his corgi to my dog Bear.  I told him no. He said well I might have to stop over and talk to you.  He never did.  In fact we went to his house to ask if he had Bear and that is when I got arrested!  Terrible experience to say the very least.

Now is 3/2010 and the neighbors right across the street got arrested for hoarding dogs.  60 of them and kept in a two bedroom rented house. Terrible situation. She may very well be the person that took him.  This woman lived right next door to Gabe.

As I write this just the other day my neighbor across the street has a boxer rescue.  She was arrested for animal abuse from having a total of 60 dogs in her small two bedroom house.  Our driveways are right across from each other. She very well may have seen him and thought well I can get $400 for that dog.  Maybe more. People that put a front on for the sake of the animal

She has even went so far as to solicit money from me for her legal expenses.  What nerve!  Her web site is so not like it was Then she has told people that the dogs where exercised in a yard. Was she selling dogs to a dealer or just liked living in that tiny house with 60 dogs!  I believe that the people that stole him where associated with her as Gabe Lockman lived for some time right next door to the woman.  My next thought is how she kept those dogs so quiet.  Did she shove a pipe down their throats to debark them?  For I am sure she would have done that to Bear!

We made it through the 5 year mark. I know now who really must have done it.  My neighbor across the street is "rescuing" again.  Alice is also transporting dogs from the Circle K down the road. I have written to her but she ignores my letters.  Her boy friend called the police when Ron started his chainsaw to early one or two mornings.  Also she was direct neighbors with Gabe Lockman for a long time. Lived next door to her, Alice Via Dalton.  Alice you "rescued" my dog. What should I say.  You are also working with the San Diego Boxer Project doing adoptions in Oceanside.  Beg for money about your fines, You cry how much you need money.  Donate to Pay pal! You have no Non Profit License.  You got on the good side of Animal Control.  At one time anyway they gave you those dogs.

Now one question that haunts me.  Alice why did your dogs NEVER EVER bark?  How did you keep 64 dogs in that house and not one of them barked?  Did you use a pipe to do that task.  Your vet bill to have all those dogs debarked would have been out of this world. So we know that never happened. The night I was searching for him all evening and calling him I thought I heard him bark behind your house. No one was home or you just turned off your lights so we would think you where gone. Did you shut him up like all the other dogs?

Well here is to one more Christmas without Bear.  You have no right to not bring him back.  You have dogs over there now. Your driveway and my other driveway is where you grabbed Bear. You are not suppose to be doing "rescue".  What happened to the Golden Retriever that came missing just before the neighbors moved.  What happened to Crickets dog on Topo Lane? Bet you know. Riding around on a bike after dark you find all sorts of dogs.  After all they do make good Christmas gifts.  Did you send Bear to Lomita? You are a very sad person that just wants money for "rescuing". The Reader here in San Diego wrote about "rescuing dogs"  Or stealing dogs.  My last thought is. I think I will start this book.  Get it published and we both will be famous!

My regard for "rescue" is not very good.  Not had one good experience from those people.

Karma gets you in the end!
